About

Student at front deskLionsgate Academy is a public charter school open to students of all abilities in grades 7 through 12, and also offers a transition program for students ages 18-22. Lionsgate’s program is inclusively designed to address the unique learning needs of students living on the autism spectrum as well as students with other learning differences.

All students are welcome at Lionsgate. Our general education teachers, special education teachers and therapeutic support service staff work collaboratively with our students and families to identify our students’ unique strengths and challenges. We strive to provide a well-rounded education for our students with standards-aligned core academic classes, elective classes, and after school activities. In addition, our full support services and transitions teams are on site to provide necessary training in areas such as social skills, occupational therapy, speech-language, and transition skills (e.g., preparing for employment, preparing for post-secondary education, and independent living skills).

At Lionsgate Academy, your student will thrive in a truly supportive environment, surrounded by compassionate and dedicated professionals who understand your student’s gifts and needs.
